摘要
采用混合法制得的ITO粒,用模具成型配合冷压机在270 MPa的压力下冷压制得素胚,使用常压烧结试验炉进行脱脂。分别采用在不同温度点,保温不同时间与不同升温速率缓慢加热的方式对ITO素胚进行脱脂处理。结果发现在相近的时间条件下,缓慢加热的效果远不如设置保温点的脱脂方式,前者可以明显地观察到断口处存在“夹心”问题,而后者能够使有机物基本去除。
ITO particles are prepared by mixing method.Prime embryo are formed by mold and cold pressed under 270 MPa pressure,debinding by atmospheric pressure sintering furnace.The ITO prime embryo is defatted at different temperature points,held for different time and slowly heated at different heating rates.The results show that under similar time conditions,the effect of slow heating is far inferior to the degreasing method with setting insulation point.The former can obviously observe the“sandwich”problem at the fracture,while the latter can basically remove organic matter.
