The renovation project of Guangzhou Dongshan Meat and Vegetable Market aims to restore the traditional market culture in Guangzhou while renewing the site's infrastructure,thus making the market shopping experience more accessible,comfortable and convenient.In comparison to buying food products online and in supermarkets,local markets often offer more fresh and affordable products.Other than price advantage,markets also encourage bonding,interaction and communication between residents in the local community.You cannot say you are"local"enough before observing the residents'lifestyle.
