装配式建筑成本优化建议——以杭州市某商办项目为例

Cost Optimization Suggestions of Prefabricated Buildings--Example of a Commercial Project in Hangzhou

装配式建筑以其自身的优势已成为我国建筑行业的必然趋势。但是,成本因素制约了很多建设单位不愿意选用装配式建筑。本文通过以杭州市某商办项目为例进行分析,从而有针对性地提出成本优化建议,实现促进我国装配式建筑发展的目的。

With its own advantages,prefabricated building has become an inevitable trend in China’s construction industry.However,many construction units are reluctant to choose prefabricated buildings because of the cost factor.In this article,a commercial project in Hangzhou city is taken as an example for analysis,and accordingly the targeted cost optimization suggestions are proposed,to achieve the purpose of promoting the development of prefabricated buildings in China.
