As a scientific management method,BIM technology can be effectively applied,which is essential to promote the deep development of real estate project construction management and achieve good results.This article has conducted research and discussion on this issue,based on a brief analysis of the application value of BIM technology,it focuses on the analysis of existing constraints,and finally put forward some targeted methods and measures on how to scientifically,systematically and effectively apply BIM technology in real estate project construction management,aiming to provide reference for the promotion of real estate project construction management to achieve better results.
