The society is advancing and the times are developing.The new construction industry also needs to keep pace with the times to carry out technological innovation and application research.At present,the most representative one is the prefabricated construction technology,which has very advanced technical level,showing convenient construction,reducing construction investment,and causing less environmental pollution,thus it has been widely recognized.However,due to the short development cycle of this technology in China,there are still some omissions in the management,so it is necessary to continuously improve its management plan.This article analyzes the key technical points of this construction,and gives examples to carry out its application research,so as to promote the understanding of this construction technology.
