不同评价方法在电气检测实验室内部质量监控中的应用

Application of Different Evaluation Methods in Internal Quality Supervision of Electrical Testing Laboratory

实验室内部质量监控常用的评价方法有归一化误差(|E_(n)|值)法、z比分法和t检验法。针对电气检测中最常用的电压检测,分别采用3种评价方法分析检测结果,探讨3种方法的差异和适用范围。结果显示,3种方法对此次比对结果的分析结论基本一致,在实际应用中应根据样品特点和比对目的选择合适的评价方法。

The commonly used evaluation methods for laboratory internal quality supervision include normalized error method|E_(n)|value,z-score and t-test.Aiming at the voltage detection which is the most commonly used in electrical testing,three comparison methods are adopted to analyze the testing results,and the differences and application range of the three methods are discussed.The results show that the three methods are basically consistent in the analysis of the results of this comparison,and the appropriate statistical methods should be selected according to the features of the samples and the purpose of comparison in practical application.
