摘要
为解决石砟漏斗车中门卸砟易在轨道中间形成堆砟的难题,设计卸货门开度调控装置。介绍卸货门开度调控装置设计目标和思路,详细论述其结构设计、工作原理和参数计算,总结技术特点,并开展卸货门开度与调控标记匹配性和卸货试验。试验证明,在车辆运行速度一定的情况下,卸货门开度调控装置可以对中间和两侧卸货门单位时间内卸砟量进行控制,有效提高线路铺设石砟效率和卸砟作业安全,满足设计要求。
In order to solve the issue that the middle door in the ballast hopper car is easy to form ballast stacking on the the track,the opening control device of the unloading door is designed.This paper introduces the design objectives and ideas of the unloading door opening control device,discusses its structural design,working principle and parameter calculation in detail,summarizes the technical features,and carries out the matching between the unloading door opening and the control mark and the unloading test.The test shows that when the vehicle running speed is certain,the opening control device of the unloading door can control the ballast unloading amount of the unloading doors in the middle and both sides per unit time,effectively improve the ballast laying efficiency and the safety of ballast unloading operation,as well as meet the design requirements.
