Because the mass of counterweight iron used in the traditional locomotive counterweight adjustment method is relatively large,and can only be estimated,the production cycle is long,which is not only inaccurate and inflexible,but also the adjustment process is very complicated.A precise adjustment method of railway locomotive counterweight is proposed.The accurate adjustment process of counterweight,calculation method of theoretical weight of counterweight,structure of counterweight device and determination method of unit weight are introduced in detail.The precise adjustment method of counterweight can adjust the locomotive counterweight flexibly,quickly and accurately.
