压电陶瓷生产过程质量因素分析及控制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对压电陶瓷生产过程中产品合格率较低,质量一致性较差的问题,结合"5M1E",利用因果图对成型、烧结和极化3个关键工序进行质量分析,总结了生产过程质量的影响因素。制定合理的生产过程控制流程,运用SPC控制图分析影响的因素并对工序进行改进及验证。最终确定工序过程中的质量控制点、监测点与检测点,实现压电陶瓷生产过程的质量控制,保证工序过程处于受控状态。 Aiming at the problems of low product qualification rate and poor quality consistency in the piezoelectric ceramic production process,combined with the“5 M1 E”,the quality analysis of the three key processes of forming,sintering and polarization was carried out using the cause and effect diagram,and the factors affecting the quality of the production process were summarized.By formulating a reasonable production process control process,using SPC control chart analysis and influencing factor verification,the process was improved and verified.Finally,the quality control points,monitoring points and inspection points in the process,were determined to realize the quality control of the piezoelectric ceramic production process and ensure that the process was in a controlled state.
