摘要
进口箱提箱作业过程中,大量的翻箱严重制约了码头堆场的作业效率。针对提箱翻箱问题,结合外集卡到达信息动态更新的特点,提出了考虑实时调整提箱顺序的新思路。基于外集卡实时到达时间,构建了翻箱落位与提箱顺序在线同步优化模型,并设计基于决策树搜索和分支定界的混合求解算法。利用算例对模型与算法的有效性进行验证。结果表明:在线同步优化翻箱落位与提箱顺序能够在减少翻箱量的同时,控制每辆外集卡的等待时间,进而提升码头对外集卡服务水平的稳定性。
During import containers retrieving process in container terminals,the huge amounts of relocation operations greatly decrease the efficiency of the terminal operation.Focus on this problem,a new idea that considers real-time adjustment to the container pickup sequence was adopted,to satisfy the dynamic update of external trucks′arrival time.Based on the real-time arrival information of external trucks,an integrated optimization model for container relocation and pickup sequence was developed.Finally,an algorithm based on a decision tree search algorithm,branch and bound algorithm to solve the model and analyze the validity of the model and algorithm,was used.The results show that optimizing the relocation scheme and pickup sequence online can reduce the number of relocations and control the waiting time of each external truck meanwhile,which contributes to the stability of the service level in container terminals.
