4PL Supplier Selection Decision Method Based on Expert Combination Weight

摘要 市场竞争的加剧迫使企业优选与之匹配的第四方物流供应商(fouth party logistics,4PL)进行长期合作,以达成双赢。通过文献分析和实践结合构建了4PL供应商综合评价指标体系,提出了一种混合评价信息下基于决策专家对评价结果自信度和可信度进行组合赋权的4PL供应商综合评价方法。该方法考虑了第四方物流供应商评价指标性质不一,决策专家知识背景相差较大等问题,将评价信息分类处理。定量评价信息以精确数表示,而专家定性的不确定性语言评价信息转化为直觉梯形模糊数。根据专家评价信息相似度量化决策专家在单个评价指标下的客观可信度,同时结合决策专家对各个指标评价值的自信度进行专家组合赋权,最后在精确数、直觉模糊数混合评价信息下基于改进TOPSIS和灰色关系分析综合评价模型,进行第四方物流供应商选择决策,并通过算例进行验证。 The intensification of market competition forces enterprises to find the suitable 4 PL suppliers for long-term cooperation to achieve a win-win situation.The method of literature analysis and practice was used to reconstruct the index system of the comprehensive evaluation of the 4 PL,and a comprehensive evaluation method of the 4 PL suppliers was proposed,which was based on the combination of decision-making experts′confidence and credibility of the evaluation results under hybrid evaluation information.This method took into account such problems as the different nature of the evaluation index of the 4 PL suppliers and the great difference in the knowledge background of decision-making experts.The evaluation information was classified:quantitative evaluation information for expression by exact number,and transformation of expert qualitative uncertainty language evaluation information into intuitive trapezoidal fuzzy number.The objective credibility of decisionmaking experts under a single evaluation index was quantified according to information similarity degree of expert evaluation,and the credibility of these experts were combined to weight the confidence degree of each index evaluation value based on their own professional fields.Finally,under the mixed evaluation information of precise number and intuitionistic fuzzy number,the selection of4 PL suppliers was achieved based on the improved TOPSIS and grey relation analysis comprehensive evaluation model and further verified through an example.
