产业链整合视角下装配式应急医院快速建造的实现机制研究--基于武汉火神山医院的案例分析

Research on the Implementation Mechanism of Rapid Construction of Prefabricated Emergency Hospital from the Perspective of Industry Chain Integration--Based on the Case Analysis of Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital

从产业链整合视角出发,采用典型单案例分析的方法,以武汉火神山医院为例,从装配式应急医院建设产业链的整合结构、整合资源、整合动力和整合制度,揭示了非常情境下装配式应急医院快速建造的实现机制,阐述了本研究的理论贡献、实践启示以及研究局限。本研究不同于以往基于市场机制环境的产业链整合研究,强调医院建设产业链整合的应急工程特征,突破了以往产业链-平行企业的产业链分析结构,提出了产业链-不同层级企业-工程项目的产业链整合分析思路,弥补了已有产业链整合分析研究的不足。本研究对于应急工程快速建造的产业链组织管理具有重要理论和实践意义。

Starting from the perspective of industry chain integration,this paper revealed the realization mechanism of the rapid construction of the prefabricated emergency hospital under extraordinary circumstances from the integration structure,integration resource,integration power and integration system of the construction industry chain of the prefabricated emergency hospital and elaborated the theoretical contribution,practical implications and research limitations by adopting the typical single case analysis method and taking Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital as an example.This study was different from the previous study on industry chain integration based on the market mechanism environment.It broken through the previous analyzing structure of industry chain with linking the industry chain to parallel enterprises in it by emphasizing the emergency engineering characteristics of hospital construction in industry chain integration and put forward the analyzing structure of industry chain integration with linking industry chain,different levels of enterprises to construction projects,which made up for the deficiencies of the existing analysis and research in industry chain integration.This study had important theoretical and practical significance for the organization and management of the industry chain for the rapid construction of emergency projects.
