财务管理专业课程和思政融合教学改革研究——以《财务报表分析》为例

Research on the Integration Teaching Reform about Financial Management and Education of Ideological and Political--Taking Financial Statement Analysis as An Example

高校财务管理专业目的在于培养具备系统财务管理理论知识和实践能力,适应社会经济发展建设需求的现代化企业财务管理人才。思政融合教学改革,是在各类专业课程的教学过程中融入思想政治理论教育,通过显性教育与隐性教育相统一实现立德树人。文章以《财务报表分析》课程为例,阐述了高校《财务报表分析》和思政融合教育教学改革的意义,分析了开展思政融合教学存在的问题,并从教学目标制定、教师队伍培养、教学方案设计和激励机制建立等方面,对思政融合教学改革提出了建议意见。

The purpose of financial management major in Colleges and universities is to cultivate modern enterprise financial management talents with systematic financial management theoretical knowledge and practical ability to meet the needs of social and economic development and construction.The teaching reform of Ideological and political integration is to integrate Ideological and political theory into the teaching process of professional courses,fulfill morality and cultivate students through the unity of explicit and implicit education.Taking the course of F inancial Statement Analysis as an example,this paper exhibits the significance of Financial Statement Analysis and the teaching reform of Ideological and political integration education in Colleges and universities,analyzes the existing problems in the development of Ideological and political integration teaching,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the teaching reform of Ideological and political integration from the aspects of the teaching objectives formulation,the teachers cultivation,teaching scheme design and the incentive mechanism establishment.
