摘要
目的综合评价p53与鼻内翻性乳头状瘤(nasal inverted papilloma,NIP)发病及恶变的相关性。方法采用关键词全面检索已在知网、万方、Pubmed、Web of science、Cochrance、Embase等国内外数据库上公开发表的关于NIP与p53相关性的原始研究,终末检索时间为2019-12-31,提取各个研究中的原始数据,并使用Stata12.0软件进行统计学分析。结果Meta分析结果显示,NIP恶变组中p53阳性率显著高于NIP良性组(OR=8.19,95%CI 5.45~12.30,Z=10.13,P<0.0001);NIP组中p53阳性率显著高于正常对照组(OR=10.14,95%CI 4.12~24.95,Z=5.04,P<0.0001)。结论p53过表达在NIP的发病过程中发挥了重要作用,且与NIP的恶变密切相关。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between p53 and the incidence and malignant transformation of nasal inverted papilloma(NIP).METHODS The original studies on the correlation between nasal inverted papilloma and p53 published in CNKI,Wanfang,Pubmed,Web of science databases were comprehensively retrieved.The final retrieval time was December 31,2019.The original data in each study were extracted and statistically analyzed using Stata 12.0 software.RESULTS Meta-analysis showed that the p53 positive rate of the malignant group was significantly higher than the NIP group(OR=8.19,95%CI 5.45-12.30,Z=10.13,P<0.0001);the p53 positive rate of NIP group was significantly higher than the control group(OR=10.14,95%CI 4.12-24.95,Z=5.04,P<0.0001).CONCLUSIONp53 over expression plays an important role in the incidence of NIP and is closely related to the malignant transformation of NIP.
