中医综合护理模式在剖宫产术后的应用及对产妇胃肠功能的影响

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Model of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Post-cesarean Section and Its Influence on Gastrointestinal Function of Parturients

目的:探讨中医综合护理模式在剖宫产术后的应用及对产妇胃肠功能的影响。方法:选择2020年2月-2021年2月在新余市妇幼保健院行剖宫产的104例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组52例。对照组应用常规护理模式,研究组在此基础上应用中医综合护理模式。比较两组干预前后生活质量、相关临床指标恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组干预后认知功能、机体功能、社会功能、角色功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组肠内营养不耐受、肠鸣音消失、便秘、腹内压增高发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术后应用中医综合护理模式效果较好,可有效降低产后并发症发生率,缩短胃肠功能恢复时间,有利于预后生活质量的提高。

Objective:To explore the application of comprehensive nursing model of traditional Chinese medicine in post-cesarean section and its influence on gastrointestinal function of parturients.Method:A total of 104 parturient who underwent cesarean section in Xinyu City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into two groups by random number table method,52 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing mode,and the study group was given the comprehensive nursing mode of traditional Chinese medicine on this basis.The quality of life before and after intervention and recovery of relevant clinical indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Result:The scores of cognitive function,body function,social function and role function in the study group after the intervention were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first defecation time,bowel sound recovery time and first exhaust time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of enteral nutrition intolerance,disappearance of bowel sounds,constipation and increased abdominal pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing model after post-cesarean section is effective,which can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum complications,shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,and improve the prognosis and quality of life.
