正清风痛宁经皮给药联合关节痛消散外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Transdermal Drug Delivery with Zhengqing Fengtongning Combined with External Application with Guanjietongxiao Powder in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:浅析正清风痛宁经皮给药联合关节痛消散外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的效果。方法:纳入2019年1月-2021年1月阳江市中医医院综合风湿科门诊及病房收治的60例RA患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,其中30例为对照组,接受常规抗风湿、抗炎药物治疗;另30例为治疗组,在对照组治疗基础上加用正清风痛宁经皮给药联合关节痛消散外敷治疗。比较两组关节肿胀指数(SJS)评分、类风湿关节炎患者病情(DAS28评分)、血沉(ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)与整体疗效。结果:两组治疗前SJS、DAS28评分及ESR、RF、CRP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后SJS、DAS28评分及ESR、RF、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正清风痛宁经皮给药联合关节痛消散外敷治疗RA,可有效改善患者症状,整体疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of transdermal drug delivery with Zhengqing Fengtongning combined with external application with Guanjietongxiao Powder in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method:A total of 60 RA patients treated in Rheumatology Department and Ward of Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as research samples.According to random number table,patients were divided into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30).The control group was given the routine anti-rheumatic and anti-inflammation drug therapy,on the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given the transdermal drug delivery with Zhengqingfeng Tongning combined with external application with Guanjietongxiao Powder.The joint swelling index(SJS)score,disease activity(DAS28 score),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factor(RF)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and overall effects of two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SJS and DAS28 scores,ESR,RF and CRP levels between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the SJS and DAS28 scores,ESR,RF and CRP levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transdermal drug delivery with Zhengqing Fengtongning combined with external application with Guanjietongxiao Powder can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and increase the overall effects for RA patients.
