大连长海县广鹿岛镇65岁及以上老年人群眼病筛查分析

Screening Analysis of Eye Diseases among People Aged 65 and Over in Guanglu Island,Changhai County,Dalian

目的:了解大连长海县广鹿岛镇老年人群眼病的发病情况及特点。方法:选取2020年6-10月于大连长海县广鹿岛中心卫生院进行健康体检的65岁及以上老年人2166人,进行日常生活视力(presenting visual acuity,PVA)、裂隙灯显微镜检查、裂隙灯下眼底检查、直接检眼镜下眼底检查、指测眼压检查,同时测量血压、空腹血糖及血脂等。结果:1495人(69.02%)患有眼病,患病率前三位分别为年龄相关性白内障1295人(86.62%),屈光不正529人(35.38%),慢性结膜炎459人(30.70%)。本次筛查眼病患者发现,高血压1222人(81.74%),糖尿病476人(31.84%),血脂异常315人(21.07%)。结论:大连长海县广鹿岛镇65岁及以上老年人眼病以年龄相关性白内障、屈光不正、慢性结膜炎主。

Objective:To investigate the incidence and characteristics of eye diseases among the elderly in Guanglu Island,Changhai County,Dalian.Method:From June to October 2020,2166 elderly people aged 65 and over who underwent physical examination in Guanglu Island Central Health Center of Changhai County,Dalian were selected for the present visual acuity test,slit lamp microscopic examination,fundus examination under slit lamp,fundus examination under direct ophthalmoscope,digital tonometry examination,in addition,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and blood lipid were also measured.Result:A total of 1495 people(69.02%)suffered from eye diseases,the top three prevalence rates were age-related cataract 1295 people(86.62%),ametropia 529 people(35.38%)and chronic conjunctivitis 459 people(30.70%).This screening of patients with eye disease was found,1222 people(81.74%)had hypertension,476 people(31.84%)had diabetes,315 people(21.07%)had dyslipidemia.Conclusion:Age related cataract,ametropia and chronic conjunctivitis are the main eye diseases of the elderly aged 65 and over in Guanglu Island,Changhai County,Dalian.
