中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷及温灸护理在老年性肠梗阻患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Acupoint Application and Warm Moxibustion Nursing in Patients with Senile Intestinal Obstruction

目的:探讨中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷及温灸护理在老年性肠梗阻患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年12月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的80例老年性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规对症处理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷及温灸护理。比较两组干预前后临床症状积分、康复相关指标及患者满意度。结果:两组干预前临床症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后腹胀腹痛、排气排便、恶心呕吐、口干口苦症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹胀腹痛消失、肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气及住院时间均短于对照组,患者总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠联合穴位贴敷及温灸护理可加快老年性肠梗阻患者临床症状改善,提高患者满意度,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine enema combined with acupoint application and warm moxibustion nursing in elderly patients with intestinal obstruction.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with intestinal obstruction admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with acupoint application and warm moxibustion nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores before and after intervention,rehabilitation related indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of clinical symptoms between two groups before intervention(P>0.05);the scores of symptoms of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,gas and defecation,nausea and vomiting and dry mouth in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The times of abdominal pain and bloating disappeared,bowel sounds recovered,anal exhaust and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the total patients’satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine enema combined with acupoint application and warm moxibustion nursing can speed up the improvement of clinical symptoms in elderly patients with intestinal obstruction and improve patients’satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference.
