摘要
目的:探讨3D打印技术在基层医院骨关节疾病患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年7月在新余第四医院接受治疗的100例骨关节疾病患者作为研究对象,根据入院编号将患者分为两组,单数编号为观察组(n=50),双数编号为对照组(n=50)。对照组使用常规切开复位内固定手术进行治疗,观察组使用3D打印技术进行治疗,比较两组手术指标与并发症发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组术中出血量更少,手术时间、术后下床时间、住院时间均更短(P<0.05)。观察组骨痂愈合时间与肿胀消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的44.00%(P<0.05)。术前,两组髋关节功能评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,两组髋关节功能评分较术前均提高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印技术应用于基层医院骨关节疾病患者中能有效缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量与并发症发生率,效果较好。
Objective:To explore the application value of 3D printing technology in patients with osteoarthrosis in primary hospitals.Method:A total of 100 patients with osteoarthrosis who received treatment in Xinyu Fourth Hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to their admission numbers,the patients were divided into two groups,singular number was observation group(n=50),and even number was control group(n=50).The control group was treated with conventional open reduction and internal fixation surgery,and the observation group was treated with 3D printing technology.The surgical indicators and occurrence of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time,postoperative time to get out of bed and shorter hospital stay(P<0.05).The callus healing time and swelling subside time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 44.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in hip function scores between two groups(P>0.05);at 6 months after surgery,the hip function scores of both groups were significantly improved compared with before surgery,the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 3D printing technology in patients with osteoarthrosis in primary hospitals can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of complications,and the effect is good.
