随着新时代军队新型武器装备更新换代步伐加快和军事斗争形势的复杂多变,暴露出战场环境数据建设现状与部队备战打仗需求不相适应的矛盾越来越突显.为牵引战场环境数据建设发展、服务军事斗争准备,解决战场环境典型数据建设存在的军地之间数据资源共享不够、军内各单位数据资源建设发展不平衡以及在战场地域上存在的数据空白等问题,本文在论述测绘基准、地形地貌、水文地质、工程地质、道路桥梁、地球重力场、地球磁场和气象等八类战场环境典型数据建设需求及其内容的基础上,分别从建立健全战场环境典型数据资源共享机制、持续强化战场环境数据建设军地融合、努力打造高素质战场环境数据建设专业力量等三个方面探析了战场环境典型数据建设的对策措施.

With the accelerated upgrading in new military weaponry in the New Era and the complicated changes in military struggle situation, the contradiction between the present condition of data construction in battlefield environment and the need to prepare for war is becoming more and more prominent. The purpose is to guide the development of data construction in battlefield environment, serve the preparation of military struggle, and solve the problems existing in typical data construction in battlefield environment: insufficient data resource sharing between military and civilian, unbalanced data resources in construction and development of the military units, and data gaps in battlefield area. The paper discusses the construction requirements and contents of eight types of typical datum in battlefield environment, such as surveying and mapping datum, topographic features, hydrogeology, engineering geology, roads and bridges, earth gravity field, earth magnetic field and meteorological condition. And based on that, the paper analyzes the Countermeasures of typical data construction in battlefield environment from three aspects: establishing the sharing mechanism of typical data resources in battlefield environment perfectly, strengthening the military civilian integration of typical data construction in battlefield environment continuously and striving to build a professional force of data construction in battlefield environment.
