我国智库人才相关研究进展与展望

Progress and prospect of Think Tank Talents in China

近年来,党和国家高度重视中国特色新型智库建设,经过近十年的发展,我国智库建设进入高质量大规模发展阶段。智库人才作为智库建设的重要组成部分,在提升智库影响力和竞争力的方面发挥着重要作用,相关建设工作亟待加强。本文运用文献分析法对我国智库人才相关研究进行系统梳理,综述了智库人才概念内涵、研究现状、存在问题、对策建议等方面内容,以期为后续智库人才相关研究工作的展开提供参考。

In recent years,the Party and the government have attached great importance to the construction of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics.After nearly ten years development,the construction of think tanks in China have entered into a stage of high-quality development.As an important part of think tank construction,Think Tank Talents play an important role in improving the influence and competitiveness of think tanks,and relevant construction needs to be strengthened urgently.This paper systematically combs the studies related to Think Tank Talents in China by using bibliographic analysis,and summarizes the concept connotation,research status,existing problems,suggestions of Think Tank Talents,in order to provide reference for the follow-up research work on think tank talents.
