摘要
对11R22.5无内胎载重子午线轮胎的结构进行优化设计。在保证0°带束层位置、胎面肩部底层胶料的厚度和带束层端点差级的前提下,通过调整带束层宽度、减小胎肩垫胶厚度以及调整三角胶尺寸等措施,可在保证轮胎安全性的情况下,减小轮胎质量,改善胎肩部位散热,提升其耐久性能,延长使用寿命。
The structure of 11R22.5 tubeless truck and bus radial tire was optimized.Under the premise of ensuring the position of the 0°belt,the thickness of the bottom compound of the tread shoulder and the end difference of the belt,by adjusting the width of the belt,reducing the thickness of the shoulder pad and adjusting the size of the apex,the tire weight was reduced,the heat dissipation of the shoulder area was improved,the durability of the tire was enhanced and the service life of the tire was prolonged while ensuring the safety of the tire.
