摘要
研究不同碳数分布防护蜡在轿车子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:防护蜡A—C的熔点、峰值碳数及异构烷烃含量依次增大,双峰防护蜡D的异构烷烃含量较小;不同碳数分布防护蜡对胶料的硫化特性和物理性能影响不大;防护蜡B胶料的耐臭氧老化性能最优,防护蜡A胶料的臭氧防护效果较差;23℃时防护蜡A胶料的抗喷霜效果较好,30℃时防护蜡B胶料的抗喷霜性能最佳,60℃时不同防护蜡的抗喷霜性能相近;添加防护蜡B的胶料耐臭氧老化性能和抗喷霜性能及成品轮胎的外观质量均较好。
The application of protective wax with different carbon number distribution in the sidewall compound of passenger car radial tire was studied.The results showed that the melting point,peak carbon number and isoalkane content of the protective wax A—C increased in turn,while the content of isoalkanes in the bimodal protective wax D was smaller.Protective waxes with different carbon number distribution had little effect on the vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of the compound.The ozone aging resistance of the protective wax B compound was the best,and the ozone protection effect of the protective wax A compound was poor.The anti-blooming effect of the protective wax A compound was better at 23℃.The anti-blooming effect of the protective wax B compound was the best at 30℃.The anti-blooming effect of different protective waxes was similar at 60℃.It was found that with protective wax B,the ozone aging resistance and blooming resistance of the compound were good and well balanced,and the appearance quality of the finished tire was better.
