Summary of National Data of Class A,B and C Communicable Diseases in China,November 2021

2021年11月(2021年11月1日0时至11月30日24时),全国(不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)共报告法定传染病565663例,死亡2321例。其中,甲类传染病无发病死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余22种乙类传染病共报告发病262627例,较上月(249605例)上升5%.

In November 2021(from 00:00,1 November to 24:00,30 November),a total of 565663 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 2321 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan Province,the same below).In communicable diseases in class A,no cases and no deaths were reported.In communicable diseases in class B,no cases and no deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,poliomyelitis,human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus,diphtheria and human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus were reported.For the remaining 22 communicable diseases in class B,262627 cases were reported,an increase of 5%compared with last month(249605 cases)and a decrease of 3%compared with the same period in 2020(269673 cases).The first 5 diseases in terms of reported case number were viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,syphilis,gonorrhea and AIDS,accounting for 94%of the total reported cases in class B.A total of 2320 deaths were reported,an increase of 14%(281 deaths)compared with last month(2039 deaths)and an increase of 18%compared with the same period in 2020(1963 deaths).
