手术室胸科手术患者采取体温保护策略的效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨手术室胸科手术患者采取体温保护策略的临床效果。方法:收集2018年1月—2019年12月在我院手术室进行胸科手术的57例患者,随机分为观察组28例和对照组29例。对照组采取常规胸科手术保温护理,观察组采取体温保护策略。观察两组患者术后寒战、低温发生率及苏醒时间和不同时间的体温变化。结果:观察组患者术后寒战、低温发生率和苏醒时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在入手术室时、推注麻醉药物后的体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者在切皮时、开胸进行探查时、探查后1小时、探查后2小时、探查后3小时、关胸膜时、缝皮时、推出手术室时的体温均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:体温保护策略对手术室胸科手术患者有较好的护理效果,能有效降低寒战、低温发生率,缩短苏醒时间。
