不同孔径的有孔保鲜盒对桑椹贮藏品质的影响

摘要 为探讨不同规格的有孔保鲜盒对水果货架期间贮藏品质的影响,本研究以桑椹果实为材料,研究了在相同开孔总面积下,不同孔径(4 mm、6 mm、8 mm)的保鲜盒对桑椹果实在贮藏期间腐烂率、霉变率、可溶性固形物以及失重的影响。结果表明,三个开孔处理组均能够有效减少桑椹在贮藏期间的腐烂率和霉变率,其中开孔直径4 mm组的效果最佳。相对于对照组,三个开孔处理组均能有效减少桑椹在贮藏期间可溶性固形物的损失,而失重率则比对照组偏高。综上,有孔保鲜盒能够较好地保持桑椹在贮藏期间的品质。 In order to explore the effect of different specifications of perforated fresh-keeping boxes on the storage quality of fruits during shelf life,this experiment took mulberry as the research object to study the effects of freshkeeping boxes with different apertures(4 mm,6 mm,8 mm)on mulberry rot rate,mildew rate,total soluble solids and weight loss under the same total opening area.The results showed that the three open-hole treatment groups can effectively reduce the rot and mildew rate of mulberry during storage,and the group with an open-hole diameter of 4 mm has the best effect.Compared with the control group,the three open-hole treatment groups can effectively reduce the loss of total soluble solids of mulberries during storage,and the weight loss rate is higher than that of the control group.In summary,the perforated fresh-keeping box can better maintain the quality of mulberries during storage.
