摘要
近年来,中职汽车应用维修专业大多只注重技能的培养,忽视了学生可持续发展能力的培养。学生在学校获得的技能与维修企业的工作要求之间仍有差距。学生位上的展示和应用,严重影响了专业培训的质量。本文基于中职汽修专业现代学徒制一体化教学探析展开论述。
In recent years,most of the secondary vocational automotive application maintenance majors only focus on the training of skills and neglect the cultivation of students’ sustainable development ability.There is still a gap between the skills students acquired in school and the job requirements of maintenance companies.The display and application of student positions have seriously aff ected the quality of professional training.This article is based on the analysis of the integrated teaching of modern apprenticeship in secondary vocational auto repair majors.
