技能大赛作为职业教育的组成部分,在职业教育发展中始终起着积极的促进作用,在国家将职业教育作为类型教育大力发展的战略机遇期下,其重要性越发凸显。全国性的技能大赛获奖对参赛师生和所在院校都具有极高的附加值,因此,各个省区市相关院校都在全力以赴争取冲进国赛。本文简单介绍了职业院校技能大赛的现状,充分肯定了其在推动实践教学方面具有的积极作用,并着重分析了当前技能大赛存在的一些问题。为了破除唯竞赛至上,克服技能大赛负面作用,保证技能大赛持续良性发展,从办赛角度提出了相应实施对策。

As a component of vocational education,the skill competition has always played a positive role in the development of vocational education.In the period of strategic opportunities for the country to vigorously develop vocational education as a type of education,its importance has become more and more prominent.The national skills competition awards have extremely high added value to the participating teachers and students and the colleges and universities where they belong.Therefore,relevant colleges and universities in various provinces,regions and cities are making every eff ort to enter the national competition.This article briefl y introduces the status quo of the vocational college skills competition,fully affirms its positive role in promoting practical teaching,and focuses on analyzing some of the problems existing in the current skills competition.To get rid of the supremacy of competition,overcome the negative effects of the skills competition,and ensure the continued sound development of the skills competition,corresponding countermeasures were proposed from the perspective of running the competition.
