新时代职业教育背景下高职学生工匠精神培育路径研究——以汽车检测与维修技术专业为例

Research on Cultivation Path of Artisan Spirit of Higher Vocational Students under the Background of Vocational Education in the New Era——Taking Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology as an Example

经过长期不懈努力,中国特色社会主义现代化建设进入了新时代。高等职业教育作为我国培养技术技能人才、提升人员素质、职业操守及创新意识的重要基础,应大力推进"工匠精神"的培育,并将其纳入到人才培养的全过程。本文以汽车检测与维修技术(以下简称汽修)专业为例,首先分析了新时代职业教育背景下汽修专业学生工匠精神培育的科学内涵,然后通过调查数据统计的方式分析了学生工匠精神培育过程中存在的问题,最后从社会、政府、企业、院校、行业、家庭、教师、学生多方的角度详细探讨了学生工匠精神的培育路径。

After long-term unremitting eff orts,the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Higher vocational education,as an important foundation for cultivating technical talents,improving personnel quality,professional ethics and innovation consciousness,should vigorously promote the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" and incorporate it into the whole process of talent training.This article takes automobile inspection and maintenance technology(hereinafter referred to as auto repair) as an example.It first analyzes the scientific connotation of the cultivation of artisan spirit of auto repair students under the background of vocational education in the new era,and then analyzes the cultivation of artisan spirit of students through survey data and statistics,the problems in the process,and finally discusses in detail the cultivation path of students’ craftsmanship spirit from the perspectives of society,government,enterprises,colleges,industries,families,teachers,and students.
