浅谈欠发达地区校企合作中的人才培养模式 被引量:2

摘要 欠发达地区在产教融合的过程中,校企合作是重要的手段,为了更好的培养社会所需要的技能型人才,通过多层次,全方位的实现人才培养,需要对人才模式进行研究,并制定合理的人才培养方案,通过校企共同探究,借鉴国外和中东部发达地区的先进经验,来改进本地区的人才培养方式。以甘肃临夏地区为例,在职业教育大发展的背景下,探索一条适合本地区的人才培养模式。欠发达地区主要存在的问题有:一是校企合作停留在浅层和表面,没有深入;二是制度没有完善,校企合作无法全面展开,而且人才深造的路没有完全贯通。只有通过自身探究,深入企业,大力开展校企合作,从多方面,全方位的进行校企共同育人,再通过政策性的帮助,才能改善欠发达地区的人才培养现状。 In the process of integration of industry and education in underdeveloped areas,school-enterprise cooperation is an important means.To better cultivate the skilled talents needed by the society,through multi-level and all-round realization of talent training,it is necessary to carry out the talent model research and formulate a reasonable talent training plan,through the joint exploration of schools and enterprises,and learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries and the developed regions in the central and eastern regions to improve the talent training methods in the underdeveloped region.Taking the Linxia region of Gansu as an example,in the context of the great development of vocational education,the article will explore a talent training model suitable for this region.The main problems in the underdeveloped areas are:first,school-enterprise cooperation stays at a shallow level and on the surface,without in-depth;second,the system is not perfect,school-enterprise cooperation cannot be fully developed,and the road to further education of talents is not completely connected.Only through self-inquiry,in-depth enterprises,vigorously develop school-enterprise cooperation,multi-faceted,allround school-enterprise joint education,and through policy assistance,can the current situation of talent training in underdeveloped regions be improved.
