摘要
评价整车制动性能的指标包括制动距离、制动减速度、制动抗热衰退性和制动稳定性等。制动系统中的每一项参数达标与否都会对上述指标产生影响,如制动卡钳的排气设计不佳,管路空气未排尽,由于空气的压缩率较大,在实施制动时空气被压缩,制动液传递压力的效果降低,导致制动疲软等问题。本文以制动系统的排气设计为例,分析出制动机构中的卡钳导杆与活塞的配合以及放气螺钉角度设计对制动系统排气能力均有影响。需在后续车型设计中做规避预案。
The indexes to evaluate the braking performance of the whole vehicle include braking distance,braking deceleration speed,braking thermal decay resistance and braking stability.Whether each parameter in the braking system is up to standard or not will have an impact on the above indicators.If the exhaust design of the brake caliper is not good,the pipeline air is not exhausted.As the compression rate of the air is large,in the implementation of braking,the air is compressed,and the eff ect of the brake fl uid transfer pressure is reduced,resulting in problems such as brake weakness.This paper takes the exhaust design of the braking system as an example to analyze the infl uence of the caliper guide bar in the braking mechanism on the exhaust capacity of the braking system as well as the design of the exhaust screw angle.Evasion plan should be made in the subsequent model design model.
