摘要 针对水泥基灌浆材料构件强度的检测,提出了采用回弹法对试块进行抗压强度原位检测的方法,介绍了规程编制的背景、规程框架、研究内容、试块制作要求、试验方法、仪器选用、强度曲线制定要求等内容。并通过初步试验成果,证明了研究方向的可行性和必要性,不仅细化了试块制作、仪器选型、强度分级方法、试验步骤,而且完善了数据处理、强度曲线拟合、误差统计等方法,为后期规程编制奠定了基础。 In view of strength testing of cementitious grout components, a method based on rebound method for in-situ testing of compressive strength of test block was proposed. The background of preparation of regulations, the framework of the regulation, the content of the research, the requirement of the test block making, the test method, selection of instruments, the requirement of the strength curve and so on. Through the preliminary test results, the feasibility and necessity of the research direction were proved. The test not only refined the test block making, the instrument selection, the strength classification method and the test step, but also improved the data processing, the strength curve fitting, the error statistics and so on, which laid a good foundation for the later preparation of regulations.
