摘要 表皮生长因子(EGF)家族及其受体家族不仅参与卵泡募集、优势卵泡选择,亦是黄体生成素(LH)峰之后调控排卵发生和黄体形成、介导LH作用的重要调控网络,是卵母细胞-卵丘细胞-壁层颗粒细胞-卵泡膜细胞之间信息交流的重要分子介质。本文综述了EGF家族成员及其受体家族参与卵泡发育、排卵及类固醇甾体激素生成的分子机制,有利于全面认知卵巢生理功能,并为寻求卵泡发育异常相关疾病的新型分子诊疗措施提供思路。 EGF family members and their receptors are not only involved in recruitment of follicles and selection of dominant follicles,but also important regulatory networks for regulating ovulation,corpus luteum formation,and mediating LH signal after the LH Peak.They are important molecular mediators for the communication between oocytes,cumulus cells,parietal granulosa cells and theca cells.This paper reviews the molecular mechanisms of EGF family members and their receptors involved in development of ovarian follicles,ovulation and steroidogenesis,which is conducive to a comprehensive understanding of ovarian physiological function,and provides ideas for seeking new molecular diagnosis and treatment measures for follicular dysplasia related diseases.
