给水泵汽轮机振动异常的分析与处理

摘要 随着国家"双碳"政策的逐步落地,煤电面临的节能减排压力也越来越大,正在由电量型电源向调节型电源转变。在此过程中,汽动给水泵组将经常性地在宽负荷范围内运行,转速升降也更加频繁,对给水泵汽轮机的运行稳定性要求也会越来越高。以某电厂2号机组配套的半容量给水泵汽轮机为分析对象,描述了发生振动异常后的处理过程,分析了此过程中需重点关注的步骤,最后通过高速动平衡试验将此给水泵汽轮机的振动幅值恢复到了正常水平,处理思路可以为类似问题提供一定的帮助。 With the gradual implementation of the national “dual-carbon” policy, coal power is facing increasing pressure on energy conservation and emission reduction. It is transforming from electricity-based power sources to power-regulated power sources. In this process, the steam-driven feedwater pump set will operate regularly in a wide load range, and the speed will rise and fall more frequently, so the requirements for the operation stability of the feedwater pump steam turbine will also become higher. Taking the half-capacity feedwater pump steam turbine of a power plant’s No.2 unit as the analysis object, the process of handling abnormal vibrations was described, and the steps that need to be paid attention to in this process were analyzed. Finally, the feedwater pump steam turbine was vibrated through a high-speed dynamic balance test. The amplitude has returned to a normal level, and the processing ideas can provide a certain reference for similar situation in steam turbines.
