核电站堆内异型结构组件的磁粉检查工艺

摘要 根据三代核电站一体化堆内异型结构组件各部件材质、结构和检测要求,对在执行产品磁粉检测过程中需要考虑的结构特性和技术标准要素进行了分析,依据分析结果通过计算或灵敏度试片对工艺规范方案进行了确认,对孔类异型结构常规磁化工艺不可达部位的磁粉检测工艺进行了探究。经过灵敏度试片验证,可以实现该孔类部位内壁周向缺陷的检出。 According to the material, structure and testing requirements of all components of the integrated reactor top tripod assembly of the third generation nuclear power plant, the structural characteristics and technical standard elements to be considered in the process of product magnetic particle testing are analyzed. According to the analysis results, the process specification scheme is determined through calculation or sensitivity test pieces, In addition, this paper explores the magnetic particle testing process of the parts of the hole special-shaped structure that cannot be reached by the conventional magnetization process. After the verification of the sensitivity test piece, the circumferential defects on the inner wall of the hole can be detected.
