摘要 某600 MW汽轮机在带满负荷运行过程中高中压转子受到汽流激振影响造成轴振大,不能带至满负荷,造成168小时试运难以进行。汽轮机在逐步开大调门开度的调节方式下逐步安全地带至满负荷。带至满负荷过程中保持主蒸汽压力在较低位置不变,为机组顺利通过168小时试运奠定了坚实的基础。为同类型机组的调试技术提供参考。 During the full load process of a 600 MW steam turbine, the high and intermediate pressure rotor was affected by steam flow excitation, resulting in large shaft vibration, which could not be brought to full load, resulting in difficulty in 168-hour test run. In the commissioning process, it avoids the dangerous working condition of sudden increase of steam turbine shaft vibration caused by sudden steam flow excitation during full load of steam turbine. Under such regulation mode, the steam turbine is gradually brought to full load safely. Keep the main steam pressure at a low position during full load. It has laid a solid foundation for the unit to successfully pass the 168-hour test run. It provides a reference for the Commissioning Technology of the same type of units.
