摘要
梳理了船用起重机机械式防摆装置和电子式防摆装置的研究进展,总结主流设备制造商采用的防摆技术.在此基础上,分析当前船用起重机防摆控制亟待解决的问题,进而提出该领域未来的发展趋势,包括装置结构不断优化、通过综合多种控制方法对船舶多自由度运动进行补偿以及实现智能化控制,以期为相关研发提供参考.
The research progress of mechanical anti-swing device and electronic anti-swing device of marine crane was combed,and the anti-swing technology adopted by mainstream equipment manufacturers was summarized.On this basis,this paper analyzed the problems to be solved urgently in the anti-swing control of marine crane,and then puts forward the future development trend in this field,including continuous optimization of device structure,compensation for ship multi-degree of freedom motion by a variety of control methods,and intelligent control,which hope to provide reference for relevant research and development.
