摘要
为解决船舶交通管理系统雷达站选址问题,考虑单个雷达失效和雷达覆盖需求因素,以建站总成本最小和水域总面积覆盖率最大为目标,构建双目标模型并设计自适应权重多目标粒子群算法进行求解.算例验证结果表明,该模型可在满足覆盖次数和面积覆盖率约束条件下实现对VTS雷达站的选址优化,提高了选址的科学性和合理性,可为海事主管机关选址提供决策参考.
In order to solve the radar station location problem of ship traffic management system,by considering the factors of single radar failure and radar coverage demand,and taking the minimum total cost of station construction and the maximum total area coverage of water area as the goal,a two-objective model was constructed,and an adaptive weighted multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm was designed to solve it.The example verification results show that the model can optimize the location of VTS radar station under the constraints of coverage times and area coverage,which improve the scienticity and rationality of location,and provide decision-making reference for maritime authorities.
