摘要
针对PLC传统实践教学中存在的成本高、场地有限、被控挂件需求量大等问题,基于3D Studio Max软件开发了一套虚拟仿真被控对象实验系统。该系统能够有效的解决目前实验室传统教学中的一些难题,它能将被控对象的动作直观、形象的展示给学生,激发他们的学习兴趣,有效的提高了教学效果与教学质量,从而达到我们对培养高技能人才的要求。
In view of the problems in traditional PLC practical teaching, such as high cost, limited space and large demand for controlled pendant, a set of virtual simulation controlled object experimental system was developed based on 3D Studio Max software. The system can effectively solve some problems in the traditional laboratory teaching, it can intuitively and visually display the actions of the controlled objects to students, stimulate their interest in learning, effectively improve the teaching effect and teaching quality, so as to meet our requirements for the training of highly skilled personnel.
