摘要 为确保控制系统运行状态的稳定性,以流程自动化控制系统为研究对象,研究工业自动化对象仿真在其中的应用。通过取Z变换处理,推导控制系统闭环传递函数与微分方程。分析仿真技术在泵阀与管路系统、液位容器以及控制器中的应用。选取某企业三号机组流程自动化控制系统作为仿真对象,基于scope模块记录的实验波形,验证工业自动化对象与自动化控制融合的有效性与可行性,获取应用前后的自动化系统经济效益与时效性指标。实验结果说明在自动化控制系统中引入仿真技术后系统性能发挥具有显著的优越性。 In order to ensure the stability of the operation state of the control system, the application of industrial automation object simulation in the process automation control system is studied. The closed-loop transfer function and differential equation of the control system are derived by taking Z transformation. The application of simulation technology in pump valve and pipeline system, liquid level container and controller is analyzed. The process automation control system of unit 3 of an enterprise is selected as the simulation object. Based on the experimental waveform recorded by the scope module, the effectiveness and feasibility of the integration of industrial automation object and automatic control are verified, and the economic benefit and timeliness index of the automation system before and after application are obtained. The experimental results show that the performance of the automatic control system has a significant advantage after the introduction of simulation technology.
