倒指数形复合变幅杆的设计

摘要 提出一种新型的倒指数形复合变幅杆,通过增加输出端面的面积来改善变幅杆向液体等介质辐射能量的效率。首先构建了新型复合变幅杆的模型,得出其频率方程,用MATLAB解算出变幅杆的谐振长度,放大系数等重要参数,并借助于ANSYS软件对复合变幅杆进行模态分析和谐响应分析,最后得出的结果与理论设计基本一致。此研究对其它起匹配作用变幅杆的设计提供了借鉴,有一定的实用价值。 A new type of inverted exponential compound horn is proposed to improve the efficiency of energy radiated by the horn to liquid and other media by increasing the area of output end face. Firstly, the model of the new composite horn is constructed, and its frequency equation is obtained. The important parameters such as resonance length and amplification factor of the horn are calculated by MATLAB. The modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the composite horn are carried out with the help of ANSYS software. The final results are basically consistent with the theoretical design. This study provides a reference for the design of other matching horn, and has a certain practical value.
