摘要
包容型领导是一种能帮助组织适应复杂环境、激励员工作出积极贡献的新型领导方式。在中国传统文化下,包容型领导不但体现了和而不同之“包”的价值理念,还具有容错性之“容”的独特意义。基于中国传统文化视角,探讨包容型领导、差错认知、中庸思维以及创新行为之间的关系,通过对260份有效问卷的分析得出:包容型领导能促进员工的创新行为;差错认知在包容型领导和员工创新行为之间起到了中介作用;中庸思维能正向调节员工差错认知和创新行为之间的关系,并且在差错认知促进员工创新行为间起中介作用。
Inclusive leadership is a new type of leadership that helps organizations adapt to complex environments and motivates employees to make positive contributions.In traditional Chinese culture,inclusive leadership not only embodies the value of“harmony without uniformity”,but also expresses the idea of tolerance to others.From the perspective of Chinese harmony culture,this paper explores the relationship among inclusive leadership,error cognition,Zhong-yong thinking and innovative behavior.The empirical results show that inclusive leadership can promote employees’innovative behavior;error cognition partially mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and innovative behavior.The Zhong-yong thinking can positively moderates the positive relationship between cognitive error and innovative behavior,and positively moderates the indirect effect of inclusive leadership on innovative behaviors through error cognition.
