崔瑛教授辨治过敏性咳嗽临床经验

Professor CUI Ying’s clinical experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of allergic cough

从病因病机、辨证思路、治法用药等几个方面介绍了崔瑛教授治疗过敏性咳嗽的经验。崔教授认为,风邪侵袭是过敏性咳嗽的主因,肺失宣降、肺气上逆为本病主要病机,"受刺激则咳"或"喉痒则咳"为主症,治疗方面其提出祛风为要、宣降并举、散敛结合、随证加味、兼顾调护的整体治疗思路,制定了过敏性咳嗽行之有效的中医治疗方案,对于临床辨治过敏性咳嗽有一定的借鉴意义。

This paper introduces professor CUI Ying’s experience in the treatment of allergic cough(AC)from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation thinking,therapeutic methods and medication.He holds that pathogenic wind invasion is the main cause of AC,and the main pathogenesis thereof is lung failure to disperse and descend as well as adverse rising of pulmonary qi."Cough when stimulated"or"cough when throat itches"is the cardinal symptom.He puts forward the overall treatment idea of dispelling wind as the key,dispersing and descending simultaneously,combining dispersing with astringent,adding flavors in accordance with syndrome,and giving consideration to regulation and nursing,and establishes an effective TCM treatment scheme for AC,which has certain reference significance for clinical treatment of it.
