基于《环溪草堂医案》探讨王旭高论治脾胃病之特色

Characteristics of WANG Xugao in syndrome differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases based on Medical Records of Huanxi Caotang

通过对《环溪草堂医案》中脾胃病医案的分析研究,探讨王旭高论治脾胃病的特色。其论治脾胃病强调从肝入手辨治脾胃,从而调和肝脾、宣畅气机;对于复杂病证常多法并用,既病防变;善于依据五运六气加减用药;其裁方灵活,且取其轻灵。王旭高临证辨治脾胃病用药巧妙,辨证明晰,深入发掘其治疗脾胃病的学术思想,对提高脾胃病的诊治水平具有重要的作用。

Through the analysis and study of the medical cases of spleen and stomach diseases in Medical Records of Huanxi Caotang,this paper discusses the characteristics of WANG Xugao’s treatment of spleen and sto mach diseases according to syndrome differentiation.With the emphasis on syndrome differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach from the liver,he thus harmonizes liver and spleen as well as disperses and smoothes functional activity of qi.For complex syndromes,he usually simultaneously uses multiple methods,controlling the development of existing disease.He excels at modification in medication according to five motions and six qi,with flexible modi fying prescriptions and light efficacious medicinals.It plays an important role in improving the diagnosis and treatment level of spleen and stomach diseases to explore his academic thoughts on the treatment thereof,on the grounds that his clinical medication is ingenious and syndrome differentiation is clear.
