郑氏“家传八法”临床应用进展

Clinical research progress on ZHENG’s "eight manipulations handed down in the family"

通过查阅近年来关于郑氏"家传八法"的临床研究文献,对二龙戏珠、金钩钓鱼、喜鹊登梅、白蛇吐信、金鸡啄米、老驴拉磨、鼠爪刺、怪蟒翻身等8种特色针法的理论来源、命名及临床研究进行概述,认为郑氏"家传八法"在治疗眼部疾病、腰背部疾病、脑部疾病、疼痛性疾病等方面疗效显著。但在临床应用中仍存在操作手法参差不齐、缺乏客观的临床疗效评价标准、作用机制研究不够深入等问题。因此,在今后的研究中,应规范操作手法,制定客观的疗效评定标准,深入研究郑氏"家传八法"的作用机制。

By consulting the clinical research literature on ZHENG’s“eight manipulations handed down in the family”in recent years,this paper summarizes the theoretical sources,nomenclature and clinical studies of 8 characteristics acupuncture manipulations,namely two dragons playing with a pearl,fishing with gold hook,the magpie ascending the plum,the white snake putting out its tongue,the golden rooster pecking rice,the old donkey pulling the millstone,acupuncture alike rat paw and the odd python turning over etc. It holds that ZHENG’s “eight manipulations handed down in the family”has marked efficacy in the aspects of curing eye diseases,lower back diseases,brain diseases,mental diseases and other diseases etc. However,it is found that there are still some problems in clinical application,namely different levels of manipulations,lack of objective clinical efficacy standards,and lack of in-depth research on action mechanism,etc. Therefore,in the future research,we should standardize the acupuncture manipulations,formulate objective efficacy evaluation standards,and pay attention to action mechanism of ZHENG’s“eight manipulations handed down in the family”.
