摘要 针对目前电动轮椅在实现轮距伸缩过程中同步性差、不稳定的问题,对其关键机构——中轮部装进行优化改进设计。对电动轮椅中轮部装系统进行功能分析,并对成型过程中遇到的实际问题进行因果链分析,建立物-场模型,提取矛盾,利用TRIZ理论方法找到多个解决方案模型,并对得到的方案模型进行可用性评估。将所得的最优方案在现有成型机中验证,电动轮椅实现轮距伸缩过程同步性差、不稳定的问题被解决,在新一代成型样机中取得了理想的结果。 Aiming at the problem of poor synchronization and instability of the current electric wheelchair in the process of achieving wheel track expansion and contraction,the key mechanism-the middle wheel assembly is optimized and improved.The functional analysis of the mid-wheel assembly system of electric wheelchairs was carried out,and the actual problems encountered in the forming process were analyzed by causal chain.The object-field model was established to extract the contradictions,and multiple solution models were found using the TRIZ theory method.The scenario model performs usability assessment.The optimal solution obtained by the evaluation was verified in the existing molding machine,and the problems of poor synchronization and instability in the process of wheel track expansion and contraction of the electric wheelchair were solved,and the ideal results were obtained in the new-generation molding prototype.
