摘要 对考虑传热与润滑影响的涡轮增压器的转子——轴承系统进行动力学研究,详细阐述了涡轮增压器中转子以及浮环轴承的设计过程。首先分析了浮环轴承润滑和增压器传热模型,并对计入传热时涡轮增压器浮环轴承动态特性进行探究,包括临界转速与振型分析,系统不平衡响应以及非线性动力学分析。对整个系统进行动力学分析和计算后,选取匹配某款1.0 L发动机的车用涡轮增压器,搭建涡轮增压器试验台,进行升速试验、热吹试验,验证了计入传热影响的涡轮增压器转子动力学模型的正确性。 The kinetic study of the rotor bearing system of turbocharger considering the influence of heat transfer and lubrication is carried out,and the design process of the rotor and floating ring bearing in turbocharger is described in detail.The lubrication model of the floating ring bearing and the heat transfer model of the supercharger are analyzed,and the dynamic characteristics of the floating ring bearing of the turbocharger when heat transfer is included are explored,including the analysis of the critical speed and mode of vibration,the unbalanced response of the system and the nonlinear kinetic analysis.After the kinetic analysis and calculation of the whole system,a vehicle turbocharger matching a 1.0 L engine was selected to build a turbocharger test bed,and the lift test and heat blowing test were carried out to verify the correctness of the kinetic model of the turbocharger rotor which took into account the influence of heat transfer.
