旋转式防撞护栏碰撞仿真分析

摘要 为研究公路危险路段使用的旋转式防撞护栏安全性,基于前处理软件HyperMesh,依据国内相关规定,建立了车辆—旋转式防撞护栏的有限元模型。使用LS-Dyna对车辆和护栏的碰撞过程进行求解,依据不同车型的碰撞结果对护栏缓冲,阻挡和导向这三个关键指标进行评价。仿真结果表明,小轿车与护栏碰撞后的OIV值小于12 m/s,ORA值小于20 g;大货车与护栏碰撞后没有出现穿越,翻越和骑跨现象;在不同车辆碰撞后护栏的最大动态变形量和车辆的运行轮迹均满足要求。旋转式防撞护栏能够达到A级护栏标准。 In order to study the rotary guardrail’s safety used on dangerous section of highway,based on the pretreatment module HyperMesh,according to relevant domestic regulations,a collision model between vehicles and rotary guardrail was established.Used Ls-Dyna to solve the collision process between them,and evaluated rotary guardrail’s three key indicators including buffering,blocking and guiding according to different collision result.The simulation results show that the car’s OIV value after the collision is less than 12 m/s,and the car’s ORA value is less than 20 g;after the collision between the large truck and the guardrail,there is no crossing,overturning or riding phenomenon;the guardrail’s maximum dynamic deformation and the vehicle’s moving trajectory both meet requirements after the collision of different vehicles.The rotary guardrail can reach the A-level guardrail standard.
