摘要
以R134a电动汽车热泵空调系统为研究对象,在不同压缩机转速和室外环境温度下,实验研究了电子膨胀阀开度对热泵系统性能的影响规律。结果表明:在不同压缩机转速和室外温度下调节电子膨胀阀开度,压缩机吸排气特性变化趋势一致。随着电子膨胀阀开度的增加,压缩机吸气压力缓慢上升,吸气温度基本维持不变,而排气压力先增加后减小,排气温度显著降低。压缩机转速为2000 r/min和3000 r/min时的最佳EXV开度分别为40%和60%,且最佳电子膨胀阀开度与室外环境温度无关。低室外温度下将压缩机转速由2000 r/min提升至3000 r/min,同时调整EXV至最佳开度,空调箱出风温度上升2~6℃,制热量增加5%~36%,COP提高4%~11%。
Taking R134a electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning system as the research object,the influence rule of electronic expansion valve opening on the performance of the heat pump system is experimentally studied under different compressor speeds and outdoor ambient temperature.The results show that the variation trend of the suction and exhaust characteristics of the compressor is consistent when adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve at different compressor speeds and outdoor temperatures.With the increase of the opening of the electronic expansion valve,the suction pressure of the compressor slowly rises,and the suction temperature basically remains unchanged,while the exhaust pressure first increases and then decreases,and the exhaust temperature significantly decreases.When the compressor rotates at 2000 r/min and 3000 r/min,the optimal EXV opening is 40%and 60%respectively,and the optimal electronic expansion valve opening is independent of outdoor environmental temperature.At low outdoor temperature,the compressor speed was increased from 2000 r/min to 3000 r/min,and EXV was adjusted to the optimal opening.The air outlet temperature of the air conditioning box increased by 2~6℃,the heat produced increased by 5%~36%,and the COP increased by 4%~11%.
