摘要
在不改变现市场上通用的育苗盘的基础上,设计了一种蔬菜移栽机夹取振动复合式取苗机构。所设计的取苗机构主要由夹取苗机构、振动装置等组成。其工作原理过程为通过振动装置将钵苗振动松脱,再用夹取苗装置将钵苗取出,减轻原始取苗过程中的人力资源。建立了苗盘単振动周期动力学分析模型和多自由度系统微分方程,求出振动电机的频率和振幅以及钵苗近似的固有频率。
On the basis of not changing the commonly used seedling trays on the market,a taking-combined-with-vibration-type seedlings unloading mechanism of vegetable transplanter is designed.The designed seedling taking mechanism is mainly composed of a clamping and taking seedling mechanism and a vibrating device.The working principle process is that the pot seedlings are vibrated and loosened by the vibrating device,and then the pot seedlings are taken out with the seedling taking device,which reduces the human labor in the original seedling taking process.The dynamic analysis model of the vibration period of the seedling pan unit and the differential equation of the multi-degree-of-freedom system are established,and the frequency and amplitude of the vibrating motor and the approximate natural frequency of the seedling are obtained.
